Bio

Julie Smith is vice president of higher education sales for CDW Government LLC (CDW-G), a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW LLC, which addresses the unique needs of the government and education markets with brand name technology products and services.

Smith is responsible for leading the team of business development and sales managers who provide best-in-class information technology products to address the unique needs of higher education institutions. Smith specializes in developing new programs for the higher education market – including volume purchasing, customized e-commerce and one-to-one technology initiatives. CDW-G’s e-procurement solutions address issues with processes and reporting, state mandates, institutional funding, staff resources and technology standardization.
